Portrait of Bruno Casadebeig, a Bachelor Web Project Manager student at Digital Campus, the web school in Bordeaux.

Why did you choose Digital Campus?

After a year of MANAA (Foundation in Applied Arts), what motivated me to choose this Project Manager programme was the presence of video alongside learning new technologies. The web was a real discovery for me as I had no prior knowledge in that field. I am now in my 3rd  year and I chose the "Motion Design" major. Simply because I want to become an expert in that world. From 1st year onwards, I did my internship at a production company in Paris. I made "incredible connections" there and was surrounded by a great team, with real guidance and genuine creative freedom. Today, I am on a work-study contract (professionalisation contract) at Millésima, a major wine merchant, where I work as a video director and editor.

Major Projects, Among the major projects I have been involved in since joining the school, the Edee Project — the creation of a web TV within the school — is the one that captured my attention the most. I held the role of project coordinator. I had a diverse team with me, some highly motivated and others less so, but the drive was there!, What will you take away from the Digital Campus method?, That to succeed, you have to fight hard and forget about long nights of sleep — and I wouldn't have it any other way!, Are you developing a personal project?, Yes, several! Beyond self-employment: an artistic video about the city of Bordeaux, production of a personal animated film, writing screenplays and novels, directing music videos, VJing compositions (real-time video mixing), sound design compositions, and also preparing a short film. I have high expectations for my 3rd-year major, which will help me develop all of these projects.
