What is your background?, I have a background in Economics and Political Science. I then held senior management positions in the publishing, graphic arts, and digital sectors. I currently teach at Digital Campus and at the Université Toulouse Capitole 1 (IAE IEP). I am also a consultant in human and systems organisation., How do you perceive Digital Campus training?, It is training that respects the balance between Knowledge, Know-how, and Interpersonal Skills. It optimises the employability of our students.
What do you wish to pass on to your students?, First and foremost, skills and a professional attitude. To be men and women who are confident in themselves and comfortable in their future roles., What are the career prospects for your students?, They are multiple and span very different sectors. Their career will be the result of a match between who they are, the skills they have acquired, and the interpersonal qualities we have been able to pass on., How would you define your speciality?, Human and systems management., What is your working method?, I use both inductive and deductive methods in particular. My classes balance between group case studies, individual work, and academic lectures., What tools do you use?, The internet, course materials, videos…, A final word?, Even at 56, I am still always learning with great pleasure.
