The week of November 9th to 16th, Digital Campus was all about wellbeing.
The entire school team organised a wide range of activities and workshops, creating an environment conducive to relaxation and open discussion.

  • Massage workshop

One of the highlights of the wellbeing week! Students had the chance to take a lunchtime break to release tension and relax. Professional masseurs provided 15-minute relaxation sessions.

  • "Violence Barometer" workshop

An original workshop that opened up discussion on sometimes divisive topics, encouraging students to reflect on different forms of violence and how others might perceive them.
The workshop facilitators ensured there was open dialogue, fostering a climate of mutual understanding among the student groups.

The cafeteria was also transformed into a place of sharing and positivity through the "good vibes wall".
Colourful sticky notes were made available, inviting everyone to share a small joy, a personal achievement or simply a happy moment.

The variety of activities on offer allowed everyone to find what worked for them — whether through the physical relaxation of massages, the thought-provoking discussions of the Violence Barometer workshop, or the spreading of positivity via the "good vibes wall".
The event also underscored the importance of looking after one's mental and emotional health — aspects that are sometimes overlooked in the hustle and bustle of student life.

This wellbeing week at Digital Campus Rennes was a truly positive experience, highlighting the importance of relaxation, open communication and sharing positive moments. A new edition is already planned for January.
