Virginie Sailhan knows Digital Campus inside out. Director of the school in Toulouse and the Enova campus, she shares her vision and values with us.

The former director of Digital Campus in Toulouse, she now leads the Enova campus. With an emphasis on inclusion, diversity and curiosity, the campus stands out for its personalised support of students in their professional projects, notably through a dedicated entrepreneurship incubator.

  1. Inclusion, to welcome and train students from all backgrounds, with their own stories and ways of being.
  2. Diversity, which enriches all our students
  3. Curiosity, an inexhaustible source of learning and a true driving force in education

The watchword is: support

The Toulouse campus is located right in the heart of Occitania's digital valley. Close to an ecosystem of innovative companies and start-ups, it is a springboard for all the students we support in their search for internships and work-study placements.

To this end, we created an incubator that allows our students to start their own ventures and receive support throughout the process.

When I arrived at the founding of the Toulouse campus, over 10 years ago, I was working as a digital marketing instructor.

When I taught my very first cohort, there were several students interested in entrepreneurship. One in particular is now at the head of 2 companies and takes the time to pass on his knowledge by teaching with us. It's interesting to see how things have come full circle.
