On October 23, October 28, and November 6, Digital Campus Toulouse organized three key events dedicated to student associations and local businesses.
During the lunch break, students were free to walk between the various stands and discover the organizations that bring the campus to life throughout the year. A simple, accessible format designed to help them explore all the resources available to them.
These days brought together all the student associations that contribute to campus life:
• The BDE, a central player in student cohesion;
• The Ambassadors, who support prospective students and promote the school;
• The AVE, committed to solidarity initiatives;
• The Alumni, an essential network for understanding professional career paths;
• The 505 incubator, which guides students who wish to develop an entrepreneurial project.
Joining these internal stakeholders were several local businesses including Tisséo Voyageurs, Pathé Labège, KeepCool, and other companies operating in the area. Their presence allowed students to identify the services, benefits, and schemes that can support their daily life or their projects.
By visiting the various stands, students were able to:
- Discover the missions and activities of each association, to better understand the different ways to get involved within the school;
- Learn about the offers from the businesses present, useful both for student life and for mobility or well-being.
This short but well-structured format gave them a clear and accessible overview of everything around them: student initiatives, entrepreneurial support, alumni network, partner benefits… all elements that contribute to enriching their journey at Digital Campus.
Through these three days, Digital Campus highlighted the importance of student association life in its students' development. By showcasing the resources available and the stakeholders present on campus, the school reaffirms its commitment to providing a stimulating, supportive, and action-oriented learning environment.
