Since January 2021, Digital Campus network schools have been Qualiopi certified.

Thanks to this certification, Digital Campus was one of the first schools to join the exclusive circle of schools whose training quality is recognised by Qualiopi and therefore by the State.

Each year, our Digital Campus network schools are audited through the quality certification audit "Qualiopi, certified process", which is distinct from the monitoring of other regulatory obligations to which providers of skills development activities are subject.

With multiple indicators, procedures, quality labels, and the growing disintermediation and empowerment of access to education, it is becoming increasingly difficult to navigate the training market. Starting from this observation, the French State decided to create and implement a reliable, single reference point: Qualiopi.

The Qualiopi certification attests to the quality of the processes implemented by providers of skills development activities (referred to as PACs — providers of skills development actions). In doing so, it helps individuals and businesses make informed choices when selecting a training organisation, while driving a continuous improvement dynamic among training providers.

The "Qualiopi, certified process" quality certification is an attestation issued by a third party (a certification body accredited or in the process of accreditation by Cofrac, or a labelling body recognised by France Compétences) concerning the processes implemented by training organisations — providers of skills development actions — as referred to in Article L. 6351-1 of the Labour Code. It establishes conformity of processes with the national quality framework mentioned in Article L. 6316-3 of the Labour Code.

The Qualiopi mark is awarded through a rigorous, standardised process based on obtaining certification from accredited or provisionally accredited certification bodies. Since 1 January 2022, Qualiopi quality certification is mandatory for all providers of skills development activities (training organisations, apprenticeship training centres (CFAs), competency assessment centres, etc.) wishing to access public or pooled funding dedicated to training.

To obtain Qualiopi accreditation, PACs must satisfy 7 criteria defined in Article 1 of Decree No. 2019-564 of 6 June 2019 on the quality of vocational training activities:
1. The conditions under which the public is informed about the services offered, the timeframes for accessing them, and the results achieved.
2. The precise identification of the objectives of the services offered and the adaptation of these services to the target beneficiaries at the design stage.
3. The adaptation of services and the reception, support, monitoring and evaluation arrangements to the beneficiary groups.
4. The adequacy of the pedagogical, technical and supervisory resources to the services delivered.
5. The qualification and ongoing development of the knowledge and skills of the teams responsible for delivering the services.
6. The provider's engagement and investment in its professional environment.
7. The collection and consideration of feedback and complaints from stakeholders involved in the services delivered.

France Compétences is the sole national governance body for vocational training and apprenticeship. Created on 1 January 2019, it is the national authority for the funding and regulation of vocational training and apprenticeship, operating under the supervision of the ministry responsible for vocational training. France Compétences plays an essential role in shaping the training offer by contributing to the development of professional qualifications and diplomas.
