On Monday 29 April 2024, second-year Master's students in Montpellier had the opportunity to dive into the entrepreneurial world through a dynamic two-part conference, shining a spotlight on three Digital Campus alumni.

A conversation with Yoan Ross and Romain Bazil

The day kicked off with Yoan Ross, current Chief Marketing Officer at Bricks.co and co-founder of Owners Club, a project developed in collaboration with Tony Parker. Alongside him, Romain Bazil, Product Owner & Growth at Bricks.co, shared their experience within this Montpellier-based start-up that is democratising access to real estate.

Bricks.co allows investors to take part in property projects starting from just €10. The platform uses a bond-based crowdfunding model, giving everyone the opportunity to generate income.

Chirihanne Kheder, a bold entrepreneurial vision

The second part of the conference was marked by the contribution of Chirihanne Kheder, recognised as the Top 1 AI influencer in France on LinkedIn, with more than 21,000 followers. The first veiled woman to appear in the Favikon ranking, Chirihanne offered a rich account of her entrepreneurial journey from the end of her studies to the present day. She highlighted the importance of perseverance and innovation along a path marked by challenges.

Transparency at the heart of the exchanges

The three speakers, all from Montpellier, chose to be transparent, sharing without filter the sometimes harsh realities of the entrepreneurial world. They discussed the obstacles they encountered and the strategies they employed to overcome them, offering students valuable lessons and inspiration for their future careers.

This morning not only allowed students to become familiar with the different facets of entrepreneurship, but also strengthened their professional network and gave them concrete tools to navigate their own entrepreneurial journeys.

By focusing on individual journeys and practical advice, this conference was a source of inspiration and a learning platform for the future leaders of the digital world.
