On 13 November, the Maker Week Road Challenge was launched for our second-year Web Design students in Bordeaux!

Maker Week, the unmissable highlight of the Paris campus for the past 3 years, is the week of purposeful digital. This year, Maker Week is expanding to regional campuses with a tour through 4 major cities: Bordeaux, Lyon, Nantes and Rennes. The goal: challenge students to create a video using exclusively the Adobe suite.

On 13 November, the official launch of the project took place at La Cité Bleue in Bordeaux, an iconic venue home to social and solidarity economy companies.

As part of a hackathon, in response to the national Maker Week Road Challenge, students were tasked with creating an institutional video (1 to 3 minutes) showcasing La Cité Bleue and its inspiring initiatives. The only constraint: use exclusively the Adobe suite to produce professional and compelling content.

The objective

Projects will be presented on 18 December at the Bordeaux campus.

The winning group of this hackathon will have the opportunity to present their video at Maker Week in Paris!
Best of luck to our students — we're sure they'll show plenty of creativity and commitment.

We can't wait to share their work with you!
