This year, first-year students in the Master's Expert in Digital Strategy had the honour of taking part in the CGPME CAMP — an event packed with innovation, collaboration and emotion.
CGPME CAMP means 20 project sponsors, 150 participants, 5 experts, 10 coaches and 3 days to innovate. It is a one-of-a-kind event in France whose aim is to stimulate and support innovation through real hands-on practice.
On the first day, project sponsors presented their companies. Students and other participants then formed teams around the project of their choice to work together, pool their talents, support one another and exchange ideas in search of an innovative solution.
Between experiments, sharing sessions, brainstorms, surveys, motivational speeches, check-ins and bursts of laughter, the workspaces were buzzing with energy — a noise that was genuinely uplifting. In short, it was 3 days where collaboration, open-mindedness and creativity converged. Even exhausted from those 72 intense hours, the teams went straight into the project pitch competition — at times poetic, at times eccentric — juggling their skills as speakers and performers to connect with the audience. Successes, mistakes, but above all a learning experience: this hackathon allowed our students to discover their own abilities, showcase their talents and expand their professional network.
