Since 2012, the DigiTimes and DigiDejs have been essential talk sessions at Digital Campus!
The idea is for every class at Digital Campus to have the opportunity to meet a professional once a month.
These meetings between our network of professionals and our students are scheduled according to the academic programme of each Digital Campus Bordeaux class. The exchange must be relevant and linked to the progress of our students' learning. From sharing experience to the expertise of a profession, the professionals' testimonials are very eclectic. These moments of sharing are unconventional and are a way of providing a reliable, solid and lasting network from the moment students join the Digital Campus Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
Many professionals and experts have agreed to play along over the past 5 years: accelerators, incubators, start-up mentors, companies, start-ups, public institutions, and so on.
Testimonial from Arthur, a former Digital Campus student, following the visit of Damien Tourette, Director of the C-Discount accelerator
Arthur, DC5 student
"I think it's cool to know that large groups need start-ups. Having created a start-up myself, it allows me to see that the market is open. C-Discount isn't in the same line of business as my start-up, but with the information Damien Tourette shared with us, we can use it to collaborate with other companies."
Testimonial from Emmanuelle Comte, a Master's 1 student, following the talk by David Fontanier, RTL2 journalist and speaker
Emmanuelle, DC4 student
"I found David Fontanier's talk very interesting; he gave us tips to improve our public speaking, our confidence in front of an audience, and some advice on stage presence, because when we have to pitch our projects at school we step into a theatrical performance — being concise, precise and getting a message across. That doesn't come naturally to everyone."
