Taking part in a national competition designed to promote social and solidarity entrepreneurship. On 30 September, our first-year students from the Master's in Digital Strategy attended a presentation of the Social Cup by our partner MakeSense.
After the Lyon and Bordeaux campuses, it was the turn of the students at Digital Campus Montpellier to be introduced to the “solidarity and digital” theme.
What is the Social Cup?
The Social Cup has existed for 6 years and supports the creation of projects with a strong positive impact. It is a tour of France to raise awareness of social entrepreneurship among young people under thirty, and to invite them to present their projects at the national cup, the Créathon, which will take place on 23 November.
The selected projects will be presented to a jury during the final battle and will be offered an incubation opportunity. Digital Campus is committed to making students aware of the notions of solidarity and social engagement. Our teaching approach encourages them to commit to real projects linked to these themes, because responsible digital must take into account issues that bring together sustainable development, ecology and social responsibility. In short, there was plenty of material to brainstorm and get involved!
