From 18 to 20 February 2020, Digital Campus Toulouse opened its doors to high school students eager to discover the world of digital.
The concept
The discovery workshops are three-day sessions held on our premises, designed to introduce participants to the fields and subjects taught at our school.
Digital Campus Toulouse trains students in a Bachelor in Web Project Management, a intensive catch-up Bachelor programme, and a Master's in Digital Strategy Expert.
The discovery workshops therefore give prospective students the opportunity to get an introduction to digital careers while exploring our facilities and experiencing the quality of our teaching.
Once registered for a session, participants can take part in two-hour workshops.
Workshops on offer:
Social media:
This workshop introduces students to professional methods for using these tools. Editorial strategy, audience, and targeting are explored, giving participants a taste of the community manager role.
Computer-Aided Design (CAD):
The CAD workshop allows students to take their first steps in graphic design and understand the purpose and various uses of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Video:
This workshop explores the world of audiovisual production through the discovery of Premiere Pro, a software tool students use to create a promotional video for Wakeboard.
HTML/CSS:
Students will have the opportunity to learn the basics of website creation through an introduction to HTML/CSS web languages.
