Since the September 2017 academic year, Digital Campus Lyon has been delighted to occupy the second floor of the Campus Région du Numérique (Digital Region Campus). At once a physical space and an ecosystem, the campus is designed as a catalyst for digital training innovation and as an aggregator of business services essential to employment and growth.
It brings together high-value initiatives to offer agile pathways that optimise the connection between training, skills, and employment across all regional economic areas.
The Campus Région du Numérique is also a showcase highlighting digital expertise and skills active throughout the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, with the ambition of positioning the region as the "European Silicon Valley".

Concretely, the Campus Région du Numérique aims to: develop the employability of young people and working adults, whether employees or in career transition, in initial or continuing training, by fostering the emergence of new professions and securing the transformation of existing ones; attract talent and retain our human capital within the region; promote entrepreneurship and ensure excellence in digital sector companies; support the digital transition of companies in other sectors and facilitate their digital momentum by creating synergies between the various actors of a rich and thriving ecosystem (companies, start-ups, clusters, competitiveness or innovation hubs, project holders, students, schoolchildren, employees, training actors, researchers…).

It is with this in mind, and following the Region's selection of our school, that Digital Campus Lyon has been hosted on the Campus since September 2017.

As the initiator of the project, the Region positions itself primarily as a federator of public actors and private operators mobilised around the ambitions and challenges of the Campus Région du Numérique.
