On Wednesday 24 April, the Lyon campus opened its doors to future talents during a discovery workshop full of exchanges and creativity.
A privileged moment of exchange
What was the aim of this discovery workshop? To offer participants a first concrete immersion in the world of digital, through key moments of exchange, reflection, and creation.
The day kicked off at 12:30 pm with an exchange with François Veysset, UX-UI Designer, lecturer, and inspiring figure at the campus, who shared his career path, his vision of digital, and his experience at Digital Campus. A valuable opportunity for participants to ask all their questions and learn more about the sector.
At 1:30 pm, it was Célia's turn to speak. She talked about her own training journey. She then led the entire afternoon, guiding participants through interviews, podcast recording, and the graphic design workshop.
Launch of the DC Lyon podcast
At 2:00 pm, time for a more introspective moment: participants were invited to reflect on central questions:
- Why did I come to the discovery workshop?
- What am I looking for today?
- Why Digital Campus?
A written interview allowed each person to put their ideas down before moving on to the practical part: recording the DC Lyon podcast.
Each pair had a one-minute-thirty constraint to introduce themselves, express their expectations, and share what attracted them to Digital Campus. A dynamic format where one person asked the questions while the other answered.
Topics covered
- Self-introduction
- What I am looking for today
- Why Digital Campus
All recorded with professional equipment: microphones, headphones, and recording software provided for a successful first audio experience.
A graphic design workshop to spark the imagination
Finally, to close the day on a visual note, participants took part in a graphic design workshop around an original theme: "Create a minimalist movie poster".
A creative exercise that focused on visual synthesis, symbolism, and graphic impact, supported by an inspiring poster example shared at the start of the workshop.
