As part of the "Web Director" module, the trainees of the continuing education programme for adults at Digital Campus Rennes worked on the redesign of the website of the l'Aire Libre theatre located in Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande.
This fictional project was aimed at learning the main site production tools. After analysing the content and the current structure, the trainees were able to grasp the different components of a website and then propose a zoning layout (a rough diagram of a site's key pages and their main areas) as well as a functional and graphic mock-up of the home page. The final step of this project was to translate these mock-ups into computer language: HTML.
Romain Elineau, a trainee on the continuing education programme, gives his account: "This first piece of work allowed me to put into practice everything I have learned since the start of my training, and to realise my level of skills".
