Did you know that Digital Campus is recognised for its innovative, project-based teaching approach? Here’s a closer look at the rather wild project undertaken by second-year Master’s students at the Rennes campus.
At Digital Campus, the teaching approach is grounded in hands-on learning and real projects. From day one, students work on concrete projects that prepare them for careers in the digital sector by providing rich professional experience and direct connections with industry players.
In this spirit, Olivier Durand, a Brand Content lecturer, came up with an original project for his second-year Master’s students: create storytelling for their entrepreneurial project in the style of “Serge le Mytho” (“Serge the Bluffer”), the famous character played by Jonathan Cohen in the eponymous Canal+ series.
The students had half a day to produce a podcast or video telling their story, using effective narrative techniques and focusing on the key elements of their project. The result was fantastic — high-quality productions that cleverly used exaggeration to bring their story to life and capture the audience’s attention.
We had the pleasure of discovering productions that showcased the creativity and commitment of the students at Digital Campus in Rennes. A tremendous experience for the students, allowing them to develop their creativity and storytelling skills. The whole team can’t wait to see these students’ projects come to life and to see how they will use these skills to achieve their entrepreneurial goals.
Congratulations to all Digital Campus Rennes students for their excellent work and dedication to this project. It highlights the importance of a project-based, hands-on teaching approach in training the digital professionals of tomorrow. A special mention goes to Carole Micault with “MODELA” (video), Martin Cairou with “PESCHE” (podcast), and Arthur Besnehard with “TRIPPER” (podcast), for the quality of your creations.
