To celebrate the start of the new academic year, Digital Campus students in Strasbourg collaborated in a large-scale game organised by S-Team Experience — an opportunity to raise students' awareness of key business challenges and strengthen ties between the three schools on the Kampus!

« This term is an acronym for "Metaphorical Games of Responsible Corporations". The concept? Placing students at the heart of a simulation where they embody competing companies. » Fabrice Periac, founder of S-Team Experience

Far from being a simple competition, the game highlights a range of challenges: collective performance, environmental responsibility, solidarity…
Students grouped into teams must hit physical targets (basketball hoops, mini football goals…) representing different markets to conquer, while also solving puzzles and making bold choices that will shape the course of the game.

This immersive, playful experience aims to raise students' awareness of the dilemmas and challenges facing today's business world.

In Megaresco, victory is not just about the score.

Teams are evaluated on several criteria, reflecting the complexity of the challenges facing today's companies.
The idea behind this points system?
To highlight the importance of not judging a company solely on its financial performance, but also on its overall contribution to society.
With team-level, individual, and cohort-wide stakes, the competition also recreates the interlocking scales of responsibility within a company.

A cross-school collaboration, open to all

This innovative workshop was an opportunity to bring together students from the three schools on the Kampus, with the aim of breaking down silos, encouraging collaboration, and offering a diversity of perspectives in response to the challenges presented.
Far from being exclusive to new students, the workshop invited all students on the Kampus to take part, regardless of their level of study — an opportunity to enrich interactions and exchanges between participants.

It is no coincidence that this workshop was organised at the start of the academic year.

Fabrice Periac explains that this timing was deliberately chosen to encourage students from the different schools to build connections from the very beginning of the year.
The workshop also helped set the tone for the academic year under the banner of social responsibility.

One of the keys to the success of the workshops run by S-Team Experience? The presence of dynamic facilitators, predominantly from the world of sport (Fabrice Periac himself is a former professional basketball player).
This "dream team", in the words of the S-Team Experience founder, contributes greatly to the energy and dynamic of the event.

Just a return to the classroom?
Absolutely not for Digital Campus in Strasbourg! The workshop organised by S-Team Experience set the tone for a back-to-school season defined by sharing, discovery, and social responsibility.

Welcome back, everyone!
