Aymeric Chomel, director of Digital Campus Lyon, brings a personalised and demanding approach, aimed at unlocking the full potential of each student.
With Lyon as a backdrop — a dynamic and economically thriving city — the campus is preparing a new 9,000 square metre building at Confluence for September 2025. We sat down with him for this interview.
Aymeric C.: Hello, I'm Aymeric Chomel, director of Digital Campus Lyon. At the Lyon campus, we take a highly personalised approach to supporting our students. We work in a caring, supportive environment — and a demanding one too — because our mission is to reveal the potential of our students, pushing them to bring out the best in themselves. I believe that's crucial for them.
This is truly what makes our campus unique. It's genuinely the DNA of the team that supports our students, our young people, throughout the year. We pursue this mission and carry it out with passion.
Aymeric C.: Why study in Lyon? Lyon is a city of recognised economic wealth, very dynamic across many sectors.
It's a wonderful city — a great place to live and to study. And of course, for us, our campus has an exciting new project: a 9,000 square metre building at Confluence that will allow us to offer an enriched experience for our students. That project is planned for September 2025.
Aymeric C.: As I mentioned, we are a very welcoming campus with a very welcoming team, so please don't hesitate to come and visit us on campus so we can walk you through our programmes in more detail. And if you choose us and are admitted, I'll be delighted to welcome you at the next intake.
