A vehicle protective cover doubling as a solar panel, or a university library in augmented reality — these were just some of the projects at the 48 Hours of Innovation in Toulouse.
On Thursday the 29th at 1:30 p.m., INSA Toulouse kicked off 48 hours of research and development of innovative projects.
Around thirty schools from the Occitanie region took part, including Digital Campus Toulouse.
A total of 750 students gathered in the INSA buildings to respond to challenges set by 14 sponsoring organisations.
From mobility to urban planning and renewable energy, the students first attended the companies’ wide-ranging pitches before starting to brainstorm ideas.
The students of the Master’s in Digital Strategy at Digital Campus Toulouse were supported by their instructors: Julien Mas, Marketing instructor; Florian Vincent, Digital Culture instructor; Matias Estaño, trainer and lead on major projects; and Christophe Marange, Head of Studies.
The students presented their concrete and achievable ideas on Saturday 1 December at 4 p.m. before a jury.
